Added Setups in Inventory

• You can do for example a setup for Defense where you use drops and damage mixed!

You can now delete and lock avatars!

• Even with auto delete avatars if you get the avatar it will still count for Index Rewards!

Added auto delete Avatars!

Added a new setting Hide Gacha Notifications in settings!

Added minimap for both Dungeons!

Increased the distance needed for the Auto Arise to work!

Increased the Kasaka's Venom Fang drop chance

Reduced auto arise cooldown!
