WORK WITH US

Nothing is open right now.

That is the honest answer today, and we would rather say it than leave a form up that nobody reads. When a role opens it appears on this page and is announced in the Discord. What is worth reading before then is how the work is paid here.

HOW THE WORK IS PAID

Two ways, depending on the work.

  • Revenue Share. An agreed percentage of what a game earns, paid as it earns. This is how people building a game with us are paid.
  • Commission. An agreed price for a defined piece of work: a set of models, a rig, an animation, a UI pass, a thumbnail.

Which of the two applies is settled before the work starts, so nobody finds out afterwards. What we do not do is a salary or an hourly rate.

And the part of revenue share that has to be said out loud: if the game earns nothing, the share is nothing. That is the real trade for a piece of something that can keep growing, and it is not right for everybody. If you need to know the number up front, say so and ask about a commission instead.

If you want to be considered anyway

You can still send your work. We keep what arrives and go back to it when a role opens, so the useful message is a short one with links in it:

  • Your Roblox username, so we can look at what you have published.
  • Two or three things you made, with a link each. A place, a model, a rig, a UI, a video.
  • Which of those you did yourself, and what was the team around you.
  • What you want to work on. "Anything" tells us nothing.

No cover letter. We would rather see one thing you built than three paragraphs about wanting to build things.

Being honest about the other side of it: with nothing open, you may not hear back. That is not a verdict on the work, it just means there is nothing to answer with yet.

Where a Role Gets Announced

Here first, and then in the Discord. Nowhere else, and never by someone messaging you first asking for a payment or an account: that is not us.
