SUPPORT
Something went wrong? Start here.
Most problems have a known answer below. If yours does not, send it to us. With your Roblox username and the game, we can usually find it.
Report a Bug or Suggest Something
A structured form that reaches the team directly. Best for anything that needs looking up: lost progress, a missing purchase, a crash.
Ask in the Discord
The fastest answer, and usually the right one, because other players have often hit the same thing an hour before you did.
Email the Studio
contact@starxstudio.com, for anything about your personal data or the documents at the bottom of this page.
Refunds are handled by Roblox, not by us. Every purchase in one of our games is a transaction between you and Roblox, paid in Robux. Ask for a refund through Roblox Support. If a bug in one of our games caused it, tell us too. We cannot return the Robux, but we can fix what went wrong.
Common Questions
Playing Our Games
A game will not load, or throws me out when I join.
Try the usual three first, because they fix most of it: rejoin, restart the Roblox app, and check status.roblox.com in case the platform itself is having a bad day.
If it keeps happening, send it through the report form with the game, your platform and roughly when it started. That is enough for us to find it in the logs.
Is this game still being updated?
Most of our catalogue is finished rather than abandoned: the game is open, playable and will stay up, but it is not receiving new content. A handful of games are actively worked on, and those are the ones with a live player count worth watching.
A game marked CLOSED is a different thing: that place is shut and nobody can get in. We only use that label when it is true.
The games page shows the current state of everything we run.
I lost my progress, my items or my currency.
Progress in our games is saved on Roblox, and short platform outages can occasionally roll a save back. Most of the time it comes back on its own within a few hours, so check again before doing anything else.
If it does not, tell us through the report form: the game, your Roblox username, roughly when you last saw the data, and what is missing. Without the username we cannot look anything up.
We cannot restore progress in every case, and we will tell you plainly when we cannot.
I was banned from a game.
Bans we issue are for breaking the rules inside the experience. If you think one was a mistake, appeal through the report form or in our Discord server with your Roblox username, and we will look at the record.
A ban applied by Roblox to your whole account is not ours to lift. That one goes to Roblox Support.
Purchases and Robux
I paid for something and did not receive it.
This is usually a purchase that went through on Roblox’s side while the game was mid-restart, and it is normally fixable.
Send us the game, your Roblox username, what you bought and roughly when, through the report form. Keep the Roblox receipt. It is in your Roblox account under transactions, and it is the fastest way for us to confirm what happened.
Can I have a refund?
Refunds are handled by Roblox, not by us. Every purchase in a Roblox experience is a transaction between you and Roblox Corporation, paid in Robux, and we never touch the money.
Request one through Roblox Support. If the reason for the refund is a bug in one of our games, tell us as well. We cannot issue the refund, but we can fix the cause and confirm to you what went wrong.
What happens to my items if a game closes?
Virtual items, currency and progress are a licence to use them inside that game. They have no cash value and do not survive the game closing. That is set out in the Terms of Service.
It is also why we keep games open rather than shutting them down when work on them stops.
This Website
How do I make an account on this site?
You cannot, and you do not need one. Public sign-up is switched off: everything on this site is readable without an account, and the support form works without one too.
Something on this site is unusable for me.
We want to hear it. Our accessibility statement says what we have done and, more usefully, what we know is still broken. Report anything it does not cover through the report form or at contact@starxstudio.com.
What do you do with my data?
Very little, and none of it is sold. The Privacy Policy lists everything the site collects, and the Cookie Policy names each of the three cookies it sets.
To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, write to contact@starxstudio.com.
The Studio
Can I make videos of your games?
Yes, please do. Screenshots, videos, streams and links are all welcome, monetised or not. Credit the game by name and link back where you can.
What is not allowed is selling our artwork, or using our branding in a way that suggests we made or endorsed something we did not. The Terms of Service has the exact wording.
I want to work with you, or work for you.
Business, partnership and press enquiries go to contact@starxstudio.com.
We do not have an openings page yet. If you want to work with us, write to the same address with what you do and something you have made, which lands better than a CV. The team page shows the crafts we already have in-house.
How do I suggest a game or a feature?
Use the report form and choose "Suggestion", or post it in our Discord server where other players can pile on to the good ones.
Worth knowing before you send: ideas sent to us are used without payment, credit or confidentiality, and we may already be building something similar. That is spelled out in the Terms of Service.
Still stuck?
Send it over. The more precise you are about the game, the platform, your username and roughly when, the faster it gets fixed.
Send Us a ReportHere about a partnership, or writing about us?
Brands, press and creators have their own address, plus the logos, the artwork and the facts about the studio.
