Accepting These Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and StarX Studio ("we", "us") about your use of starxstudio.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
If you are under 18, read these terms with a parent or guardian.
What This Site Is
This is an information site: a catalogue of the games we make, pages about each one, our team, and news. It is not a game, and nothing here is sold to you.
Roblox Comes First
Our games are Roblox experiences, hosted and operated on Roblox. Everything you do inside a game is also governed by the Roblox Terms of Use and the Roblox Community Standards.
Where these terms and Roblox’s terms disagree about something that happens inside a game, Roblox’s terms win. We cannot grant you anything on the Roblox platform that Roblox does not.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- break into, probe or interfere with the site, its servers or its security measures;
- automate requests at a volume that degrades the site for anyone else, or bypass rate limits;
- scrape the site to rebuild it, or to pass our content off as someone else’s;
- impersonate the studio, a member of the team, or another player;
- upload or submit anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or targeted at harassing a person;
- use the site to advertise, to phish, or to distribute malware.
We can restrict access to anyone doing these things, without notice where the harm is ongoing.
Accounts
Public sign-up is currently switched off. When it is on:
- give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself;
- you are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else is using it;
- we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you may close yours whenever you like.
What You Send Us
Bug reports, suggestions, comments and any other content you send us stay yours. By sending them you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce and adapt them so we can run the site, answer you, and improve our games.
Suggestions specifically. If you send us an idea for a game, a feature or an item, you agree we may use it without owing you payment, credit or confidentiality, and you accept that we may already be working on something similar or arrive at it independently. If that is not acceptable to you, please do not send the idea.
You are responsible for what you send: it must be yours to send, and it must not break the rules in the section above.
Our Content
The StarX Studio name, the logo, the site’s design and text, and the artwork, characters and names of our games belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.
You may share screenshots, videos and links to our games and to this site. That is what they are for. You may not sell our artwork, use our branding to suggest we endorse or are involved in something we are not, or register our names as your own.
Roblox, the Roblox logo and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. This site is not endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
Purchases and Virtual Items
You do not buy anything from us on this site. In-experience purchases are transactions with Roblox, paid in Robux, under Roblox’s terms and Roblox’s refund policy. A refund request goes to Roblox Support, not to us.
Virtual items, currency and progress in our games are a licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and do not survive the game if it closes.
If a purchase failed inside one of our games and Roblox charged you anyway, tell us through the support page. We cannot issue the refund, but we can look at what went wrong and fix it.
Games change, and some of them stop
We update, pause and sometimes close games. A game may stop receiving updates and stay open to play, or be closed entirely. Neither entitles you to compensation for virtual items, currency or progress.
We try to say clearly on this site which state a game is in, and we will not describe a playable game as closed.
Links to Other Sites
This site links to Roblox, Discord, X and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do, host or ask of you. Their terms apply once you leave.
No Warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that the figures it shows, which come from Roblox and are refreshed on a schedule, are exact at the moment you read them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for loss of virtual items, currency or progress in a game.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot be removed by contract, including the rights of consumers under Brazil’s Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Law 8.078/1990), and equivalent mandatory consumer protections where you live. Where a clause here conflicts with such a right, the right wins and the rest of these terms stands.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always says when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version; if a change is material we will make it visible rather than silent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Brazil, except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
